"Stayed for one night but wish I could have stayed longer. I usually stay within the fortifications but I wanted to try something new. The view from my room was awesome--looking over old Quebec; the proximity to the Plains and the fortifications is great for a morning walk --and restaurants are outside the door (or in the lobby)!; the pool area is exceptional--I would like to keep it a secret. I spent the morning relaxing and swimming overlooking the park--truly slowing down my usual pace bc...

"No AC in the room and staff didn't seem to care about turning it on or getting a fan. The room was hot and we couldn't sleep. Window didn't have a screen on it either so we couldn't open it overnight.
Also, make sure you factor paying for parking as hotel parking is never available for travelers to use.
I wouldn't come back here"

"Terrible experience. The room was tiny, smelled bad, and wasn’t clean. The sheets were in poor condition, the closet was dusty, and the room was almost empty with no microwave or useful amenities. Mosquitoes kept biting us all night, so we couldn’t sleep properly. The hotel is also far from everything. I regret staying here and would not recommend it."

Machine à café avec plusieurs choix, micro-ondes et machine à glace au lobby. La climatisation est un peu bruyante, fenêtres très sales. L'entretien des commodités laisse à désirer, mais si on compare avec le prix payer, le tout est très acceptable pour une semaine de travail hors de la ville."

"We have been staying here regularly over the years but it has been about 10 years since our last stay. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was as great as I remembered with sausage, eggs and a waffle maker. I will say the property could do with some updating as the wallpaper in the room is starting to peel as well as the bottom of the pool. But it did not affect my enjoyment of my stay and I believe they may be in the process of gradually renovating the rooms."
