"The first room we were given had some weird splatter on the ceiling, tv and floor. There was also a wasp in the room. We asked for a diff room this one was much cleaner but smelt like cat pee."

"To start the staff was very unfriendly and told us that Expedia had over booked the rooms and they were not sure they had a room for us. We booked in November 2025. They did finally find us a room after I asked if I should leave to try and find a room to which they said I could if I wanted but fearing I would lose my money which I had fully paid I chose to stay. We were also told the pool was not available which was part of why we chose this hotel and they said Expedia should have advised us. ...

"Clean room. I had registered a room with king bed. Was changed and I had a room with a small Queen Bed. Suggestions: Safety handles in bathroom. Dangerous! Metal around bottom of bed is same distance as bed. Keep hitting toes when around bed or trying to make bed up. "

"We checked in around 5pm on a thursday abd the had given our room to another couple one of which said they were us because they had the same last name. They were ataying 1 nighr and us for 3. The Manager offered to put us in another buikding tgen we would have to move to the room we were supposed to have the next day.
