"They have plenty of parking but a very poor breakfast on Sundays. The TV kept disconnecting all the time. I will say this though, the bathroom was very clean and the towels pristine!

"The location was perfect for universal. For the price i got for 2 separate rooms for 3 nights was pretty manageable. I didnt like the $100 deposit per room when i got there. That was no where on the website. Had it been i wouldn't have mind as much. I just dont like surprises with fee's when i prepay ahead everytime. The stay was nice the rooms didnt have a microwave or a phone. Honesty i didnt mind but it did make a unconvinced for my kids. They made upgrades that are noticeable. Nice hot...

"Room 144 had a terrible smell, shower tub didn’t drain, exhaust fan didn’t work and it took for ever to get warm water in the shower.
I could hear every single door that was getting open and close, I could hear the next door room using the shower and there was a construction next to the hotel, outside the room from the window."

"I chose this location because I have always liked the brand and because there was a free shuttle to and from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I asked the staff person about the shuttle and when it traveled to the airport. He told me every 30 minutes - on the hour and at the half hour. "Very modern and comfortable hotel just minutes from MCO airport. Breakfast provided - tasty but very limited. Good for when you need a quick bite before heading out. Good stay except for the check-in. Only one person at the desk leading to a slower-than-expected check-in. Also, we got up to our room on the 5th floor only to find that the room key was not programmed properly ... ugh!"
