"Hotel was nice. Room had no microwave, the ac worked good but didnt keep the room cool. The restaurant was very over priced. The shuttle to universal was a great help. The shower door didnt close properly so everytime u showered the floor was wet"

"Wonderful clean and conveniently located hotel. Just minutes to Beverly Hills, UCLA and an easy ride to Malibu or the SFV. Tough for pets or dogs because there is limited out door space to walk them. It's not a walkable location at all. The hotel is beautiful and the staff including the valet people ..."
