"Our stay as a family of 4 here was wonderful! First off I called ahead about early check in a few days prior and found out it was available for a small fee. I called again the night before and they were able to give us a fairly good idea about availability upon arrival. We anticipated being able to check in around 1pm due to them being fully booked for our room type but to our surprise we arrived around 10/10:30am and were able to get access to a room! So happy after spending many hours traveling! The hotel has an on site café, restaurant, and bar. We did utilize the Cafe which was great in the morning and super convenient! I also loved that they truly cared about customer service! The man who checked us in was very nice and helpful, the hotel has a text message number so anytime I had a question about the property or needed extra towels, I was able to send a text and get a response within 2-3 minutes!
Their water refill station downstairs was great to fill our yeti water bottles and while we didn't get to the pool this time, it was nice to know it was there for the kids if we had down time! I only wish there was a hot tub or spa too! The bed was comfortable, the room appeared clean and we were happy with our stay! Will be returning on our next trip!! Thank you Hotel Burbank!"
