The room was fairly clean but could’ve been cleaner. The staff was SO kind and helpful everyone who worked there was lovely. I wish there was a microwave in the room- very inconvenient to have all guests sharing one microwave in the lobby.

Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel
Flight out of Palm Springs got cancelled, and we picked up a flight for the next day at LAX. Didn't have a room anywhere, but honestly trusted the Sheraton brand and that worked out.
