The Biltmore Los Angeles
Overall, the hotel was accommodating and pleasant, but none of the staff seemed particularly engaged or interested in making an effort to be cheerful. The restaurant Smeraldi's did not have appropriate cleanliness standards, and we left mid-meal.

It’s my third time staying at the Sheraton and the service/stay was great as usual. We came for the Fan Fest held at Universal so it’s close proximity and free shuttle service to the park keeps us coming. The staff is great .Jerry checked me in and was super gracious.
