Hotel Best Western di Los Angeles

"Our stay at Best Western Royal Palace Inn & Suites was a bit disappointing. It was a family group of 12 in 4 rooms and we experienced a few issues. For starters, there's no gym and the pool is very small. But the worst part of all was wi-fi issues throughout our stay (4 nights) and little to no cell service. Imagine kids not having good wi-fi. "Staff is very nice, breakfast is okay, the real issue is that we stayed in room 220. The door provides no sound insulation/protection from the highway across nor can it deaden any conversation from other passing guests, to make matters worse, there is a highway with a partial tunnel, with the right side (the side facing us) open, making every loud car not only want to go louder but also projects the sound to the property.
