I am sorry you had the impression, but that is not how things were. You were in line behind another person, and you noticed that my co-worker was helping another guest. Then you saw me behind the counter, and perhaps thought I was not busy at the moment, even thought I was typing, and I was working with a remote support team. You told me that you wanted your deposit back, and I replied: I am sorry, my co-worker will be with you shortly, and you went back online. While we appreciate all our customers' feedback, it is also important to address the facts as they happened.
