"If you enjoy sleeping at night DO NOT book this hotel. There is a freight train directly next to the hotel that passes by at all times of the day and night. The train whistle is the loudest thing I’ve ever heard. It passes by about every two hours and it is constant throughout the day. My room was on the opposite side of the hotel and I was hoping I wouldn’t hear but I was so wrong. I feel sorry for those folks closest to the train tracks. Other than the train it was a lovely place to stay."

"There is no staff onsite - just an AI Kiosk for checkin and anything you need from staff.
Sometimes the "person" on the kiosk is hard to understand.
The rooms don't look what is shown on their website or Expedia posting. Four walls and a bed but remaining furniture is not always what is shown. Rooms are clearly older - rugs need attention. Only amenities are an overpriced snack vending machine and a coffee/tea/hot chocolate and flavored water dispensers. Rooms have a musty smell. The...

"My room looked substantially nicer in the photos.
I walked in and was blown away by how dated and old and damaged the room was.
The room and air conditioner were terribly musty."

"Didn't try the breakfast, so I can't say anything about that. Costco is next door, Albertsons market is across the street, and plenty of places to eat within walking distance, though most are fast food. A 24-hour IHOP is just down the street on Fremont. The hotel has plenty of parking. Clean room - a suite, which was a surprise when I first looked at this hotel. Needing only one bed, I was expecting the usual single room. The suite came with a safe, but it was not working correctly, it got...

"The hotel was a reasonable distance from everything we wanted to do, Hollywood Walk, Griffith Observatory, etc. The staff, Mike, was so wonderful at reception and gave some good food recommendations. The hotel has a dated charm to it, old Hollywood, that I REALLY enjoyed. There were some minor cosmetic updates that need made, bathtub peeling. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again for sure."

"This is a nice hotel for a good price. It's conveniently located to tourist attractions and areas. I tried to check in one hour early and they wanted to charge me a $75 fee. No thank you! And the parking rate was an outrageous $37. The line to check in at 3pm was so long that we didn't end up actually checking in until 3:40pm! Should have just let us check in earlier; that would have alleviated the huge wait. Nice and clean room which was a plus."

"滞在中、床に水溜りが2回できました。食洗機が使えない日もありました。いずれもスタッフの方がすぐに対応してくれました。水溜りは排水パイプの詰まりが原因のようでしたが、滞在中2回となると根本的な対応が必要だと思われます。コンクリート床なので、知らずに踏むと滑って事故になる可能性もあります。"
