When I arrive, there was construction. And no easy way to access for handicapped we found out later we could park in the lower garage and we could take the elevator up. There was no shower chair for handicapped. I had to call twice to have them arrive with a shower chair. The shower chair was very rickety when I took the shower water drained out of the shower onto the tile floor in the bathroom toward the door, I had to pay for the water which I was not expecting so I bought one bottle while I was there so I could take my medication. They did have a nice breakfast and they offered coffee up until 10 in the morning, but I wanted to see about having coffee later in the evening. They did not have anything out in the lobby. I whisper was surprised they’d also did not have any kind of writing pad or offer. Anything to leave a note you matter at bring your own paper and pen the water from the pipes in the sink in the bathroom you could smell a musty smell so maybe they’re either they need to add more chlorine to the water or maybe they need to have somebody run the water in the room when not in use. Housekeeping came in every day. Is it a great job of cleaning the room and making the bed the bed itself was wonderful as well as the pillows. in comparison to other hotels that I have stayed in, this was not the best experience I was disappointed.
