I invite the reader to take a look at my past reviews from guests of almost 5 years with nothing but excellent comments and allow reader to judge for themselves how unreal this last guest’s review is. I honestly can say a few things about this guests, enough to make me start a list with their name at the of “GUESTS NOT LIKELY TO INVITE AGAIN” I will limit to answer only what they’ve mentioned on their derogatory comments. The description on the web-sites is very clear in that our 5 unit apartment building is not brand new, it’s about 25 years old but well maintained and in good condition, we never imply it’s the 4 seassons. This guests are definitely the complaining kind, I’m very surprise we didn’t hear about the toilets during their stay, that would have been right up their alley for one more complaint, and it would have been easily resolved if only they had actually brought it up, however many guests stay at this unit without this problem and it’s been tested since their departure and found nothing wrong with the toilets. The only thing the plumber suggests is that this guests probably don’t know how to use the water conservation toilets. I can’t help that. Guest parked in the wrong space since arrival but since the first days no one was going to be using it, we didn’t bother correcting their error until we had new arrivals that had been assigned that spot and it was no big deal, gave them plenty of time to move to their own spot, really no bid deal. Pre-Arrival info send prior to arrival clearly mentions the parking assigned to each guest. Shortly prior to each arrival we have a policy to check everything in the apartment to make sure it’s all working perfect. (continue)

Thanks for choosing my place for your stay. I'm glad you had a pleasant stay. This particular apartment is not recommended for people with problems going up and down stair, however I have two other apartments on the lower level, only need to request. Regards
