I had 3 nights staying and checked in at around 10pm, the room they assigned was dirty, likes someone just check out without making up the room. Then I came down to the reception and request other ready to move in room.
The other night I forgot to request make up the room, I came back late and I just asked for new towels. All the dirty ones just driop on the floor.
The last day when I go out in the morning, I request make up the room. However when I got back at night, the room was dirty, no one came make up the room. The receptionist said unfortunately no one available making up the room in the evening, he then just send us some clean towels. I expect someone clean our room so I placed all the dirty ones into the bath tub before we went out in the morning, so I really cannot stay in the room and I cannot even take a bath. At the end I requested to move to another room.
The location is concenience with shuttle to the airport. The breakfast also nice and simple, I enjoy having breakfast there at the lobby cafe. Generally this is a very nice hotel just I had a bad experience staying in the NOT ready and dirty room
