"Great stay and so close to Universal. Used the bridge to walk over to the Universal and back to the hotel. The amenities are top notch, restaurant has a great food and the service is above and beyond. Definitely recommend and will stay again!"

"The beds were comfy and well appointed. Great sheets/pillows etc. The desk personnel was excellent. The location is excellent and convenient.
Coffee service in mornings ho hum. Not what one expects in this level of hotel.
Cleaning service needs more training and supervision. Water jug filled only upon arrival and last day when requested. Otherwise used glasses and no fresh water provided."

"Such a beautiful hotel! Lobby is STUNNING, the rooftop pool is gorgeous and the room was perfect. Comfortable beds and super clean. We visited during a heatwave and the air conditioning kept up. The staff here are the real star. So so lovely, especially in the cafe. W, you exceeded expectations. My new favourite hotel. We will be back!"

"Disappointing stay.
Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, as there were several issues that I feel should be addressed.
There was no safe in the room, which was a major concern, especially when traveling with passports. We were staying near Universal Studios, and the last thing you want is to have to carry your passports with you while going on the rides because there is nowhere secure to leave them.
The room appeared to have been recently renovated, but the bathroom door did not...

"Do not stay here. This is the first time I’ve been truly steered wrong by a decent Expedia/Hotels rating. The neighborhood was sketchy. The room was incredibly worn out with tears and stains in the carpet. The a/c was a small window unit like you would see in a house and the room was 85 degrees when I entered. I couldn’t get a refund, but I sucked up the money and went to a different hotel - it was too dirty to want to spend the night."
