Small things in the room were broken (latch to lock bathroom door) or not working (light bulb in bathroom). I don’t like the valet as a must. It’s already inconvenient then the valets don’t/can’t always have the car ready in 10 minutes. If you want to make a quick stop they can keep your car out but I didn’t always know I would be leaving again so quickly. Also cars pile up quickly in the drive way. It was a more enjoyable stay when they allowed the guests to park themselves

Excellent staff, superb housekeeping. Comfortable and convenient location. Dining options limited and not really up to the spec or service of the rest of the hotel.
