This is a very nice hotel. The facilities and dinning area was very well preserved. The only area that I noticed needed some work and cleaning was the elevator. I think one of the elevators was out of service as well. The pool area was nice but too small in my opinion.

Some stuff front desk employees weren’t very professional, the hotel needs to improve on that. And we weren’t told that we can’t use the pool the last two days because of one event they had. You know when y ok go to Santa Monica you definitely go for the pool or the ocean so that wasn’t very nice

Nice surprise

Hotel was great and mostly because the staff was amazing. Pool is small, but nice. Rooms were lovely.

I requested a Ocean view and got a “partial ocean view” which is literally just between the opening between to buildings across the street! Worst experience and rude attitude ever! Be careful with what you book!

Gorgeous boutique Hotel one block from the ocean. I would highly recommend.

Upkeep was poor and staff were curt. We had a pool view room that was not available at check-in. The manager tried to say an alternate room looking at driveway entrance roof was upgrade; deceptive tactics and poor customer relations. The amenities were reserved and not accessible for guest but hotel.still.charged propertt fee. Only one elevator pperational. Room was dingy and painting a fresh coat of paint around property does not fix infrastructure. Promoted as upscale but DO NOT STAT HERE. Better options close by this beach.
