1. Hyatt Regency Long Beach
Hyatt Regency Long BeachWaterfront
9.2 dari 10, Istimewa, (1.988 ulasan)
"Great location while participating in the Long Beach Marathon - start and finish were right outside the hotel. Limited dining options within the hotel - sparse to be precise. Expected far more given the relatively high priced rooms. Lobby was noisy, parking was expensive despite being a hotel guest and add-ons to the bill almost seemed like price gouging. Don't think I will be staying here again."

"This place is a gem. Would’ve rated it 5 stars but we came across a hiccup at arrival. We were provided the check in instructions which we followed. Upon arrival we never received any notification of our unit number. Thankfully security was on site and was able to assist us. Overall we really enjoyed our visit. Will be returning. "

"The QM unfortunately is hot historical but just neglected and run down. It took 1 hour to check in and rooms were not ready until 6pm. So you had to stand in line for 30 mins a 2nd time to retrieve your keys. Barely any of the elevators were working. I called for a bellman and after 45 mins I carried my luggage 5 flights of stairs to exit the ship. Just an over all terrible experience. I will never go back there or recommend for any reason why someone would stay there."

"I needed a late check in and had to call over 10 times to get an answer. I was told I would get directions and 5 hours later I again had to call about 10 times for an answer and it still took a couple more hours. The room was clean but out feet were sticking to the floor so we had to lay out towels."

"Basic place which is expected at this price point. 11am checkout so be aware of that. Area is a little sketchy but once again, to be expected at this price point.
Parking is included at no additional charge which was the selling point for me. Would return in the future."
