My kids and i stayed for two days here to visit Universal Studios. The front desk person Juan is very nice and accommodating and attentive. As well as Jessy. We stayed on first floor unfortunately the room on top of was was very loud. We couldn't sleep at all. Overall this is a decent place to stay ...
