"The hotel was average at best. We didn’t see a lobby bar therefore it felt more like a travel hotel for groups coming into Seville. If you are coming into Seville for a night or two you are better off trying to stay in the City Centre if you can. However, it is easy to park, walk and get in and out of town from. My family just wasn’t impressed having stayed at a much nicer hotel the night before."

"Everything is great. Magdalena was very helpful. Only thing is the shampoo and shower gel weren't labelled so we had to guess which one is which, but it wasn't a big deal, we could easily have asked but didn't want to bother. The shower was nice and hot, very relaxing. "

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"The staff was extremely helpful and we were able to drop off our luggage before going to explore the city. It was a location out of the way of the city center, but just close enough that we could walk back at the end of the day without being exhausted. Ironically, despite how hot it was outside, we couldn’t figure out how to make the air conditioner, not work as well, so we were actually cold at night so I would suggest requesting blankets before the nighttime.
