"We stayed 4 nights. Note the Reinoso seems to be the newer section of the main hotel Murillo, and has a separate entrance on the other side of the laneway. We were originally given a ground floor room which was a bit dark and I found noisy (I am a light sleeper). Maya at reception found us another room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for our needs. She was the stand out, warm and friendly all the time, unlike some of the others on reception who didn't bother to say hello or good evening...

"Wunderschönes Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz und toll ausgestattet. Einziger Minuspunkt von unserer Seite ist leider die Hellhörigkeit zur Straße (wir haben direkt im Erdgeschoss geschlafen). Das fanden wir leider etwas schade ansonsten hat aber alles wunderbar gepasst, alles lief reibungslos, die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und haben uns auch einen Early Check-in ermöglicht !
