"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Everything is great. Magdalena was very helpful. Only thing is the shampoo and shower gel weren't labelled so we had to guess which one is which, but it wasn't a big deal, we could easily have asked but didn't want to bother. The shower was nice and hot, very relaxing. "

"The property was clean and the staff at breakfast were very polite and Helpful. Front was very helpful and loaned a charger for my stay. Good location and food was good. If you could add a pasta dish for bar food that would be good. Updating needed in lounge area and lifts. Excellent place to stay."

"Very clean and kitchen was well appointed. We had a ground floor unit so there was street noise in the evening (night was fine). We also had a patio instead of a deck so no views and only somewhat private (upper units had windows onto our patio). The entry foyer to the building and one of the bed rooms had a hint of a strange odor that we couldn’t place, but it wasn’t unbearable. The location was walkable to tourist areas but not in the tourist areas."

"Staff were pleasant and very helpful. The lobby, rooms and common areas on the main floor were very clean and nice. The plunge pool on the upper terrace was a disappointment as it is worn and tried looking and there were no loungers poolside. We had stayed previously in hotels with plunge pools and terraces that we used regularly. Not this one. Other wise beautiful hotel in a great location."

"A beautiful hotel with lots of interesting decor. All of the courtyards and nooks & crannies are so charming. Christina welcomed us with professionalism and care. The pool is a great addition - there is not a lot of seating so on busy days you may need to be at the pool earlier or later in the day. The rooms are well appointed and clean."

"Beautiful boutique hotel located in a great spot. A 10 minute walk through picturesque alleys to the main historic district. Bed was comfy, shower was great, and there’s a delicious pizza joint down the street called Pizzaria La Urbana that we loved. Highly recommend staying here! "
