the bed mattress was very dirty looking.... One of my pillows had sort of stuffing in it and held together with a safetu pin... The kitchen pool service was poor n there was no customers Forgot our order and didnt offer compensation or apologies. Wifi is not strong outdoor pool area of hotel. Kitchen table and chairs in bungalows are not sturdy. Its a 3 out of 5.
