The room was good, except there was hair on the mattress when you pulled the blankets back.And when we took our showers, there was hair between the towels to dry off. Also, when we got out of the shower and walked barefooted in the room, our feet were dirty from the floor being dirty.It needed to be moppedThe staff was very nice.The parking was very good.Overall

We just needed the room for one night. The room did its job and it was clean. The room needed some restorations to make it better, but it did its function and the price was fair. Please note it is located on a busy street so expect some noice early morning. However, this is not hotel's fault. Customer service was great.

The heating unit was very very loud and would constantly shut off and turn on. The door was not sealed so lots if cold air was constantly clowing into the room.

The room smelled funny upon entry. Took a shower and realized it had to be mold because tub spiquet sprayed water everywhere. Tub gave sense of vertigo stepping into center as it popped. No nonslip surface in tub. Potential fraudulent use of reservation credit card as we paid cash at check in but had approximately $300 in charges for new clothes try to come through within days of getting home. Maintenance and general upkeep was severely lacking. Owner was not in the office when we checked in and daughter had to call him to figure out the change as we paid cash, then gave us too much back and had to go back to get it straightened out. Neighborhood was questionable.

Las personas q estaban al lado del cuarto con música 🎵 a un alto volumen in a propiado asta la madrugada q intervino la policía y el personal del hotel nunca les dijo nada de la música siendo inquilinos de ellos también
