"This stay was for a business trip. Your typical LaQuinta's are getting a bit "long in tooth" versus the establishments where I usually stay. It was so conveniently located I couldn't resist staying there this trip. Here's my thoughts:
Cons:
- Rooms and interior of property are a bit aged. There was some carpet issues on the second floor; adhesive let loose in a few places. Not terrible.
- Parking lot is kinda tight. I had a small utility trailer, so it was noticed.
Pros:
- Front desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Very rare these days. I actually enjoyed our short visit. Apologies to him for not remembering his name.
- Here's the best part, although the AC was of the older style PTAC, it allowed me to adjust the fan and temp where I was comfortable ALL NIGHT. The newer hotels are ridiculous with this.
- Plenty of close-by food options.
- Quiet stay.
