The RIU was a great place to stay! We chose an elite room! Which was great and came with many upgraded options. Being elite statues gave us cabana seating at the pool with upgraded spirits. Our great stay until checkout came, and we found out that my two Cartier rings were stolen by housekeeping. Security checked the card reader logs, and found out that housekeeping came in four times but did not clean the room. Presumably checking to see if we had left anything in the room. They maid ...

Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos All Inclusive
Fun spot for large families but not a place for relaxing. Their vacation planners upcharge you on everything and their pricing for massage and credit is unecessarily complex. The Ala cart breakfast and house made pasta were the food highlights. It’s a party destination…not a wellness retreat

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos- All Inclusive
Our room was upgraded for free, it had the most beautiful view. The food options were great and flavorful. The property is big where even though it’s family friendly it did feel like an adult only with the adult pool access. Overall, I loved it and will be back!
