Many issues with this place. First of all, the check in experience was terrible. Armando at the front desk is very rude. The place is pretty much a 2 star in my opinion. The food options were ok but not great. The rooms were just ok. The service overall was not great.

Everything about this resort was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the cleanliness was top tier. I’ve stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this resort has them beat. Not to mention the food was amazing!
