Wonderful rooms!! Beds a bit stiff but wonderful to have a King sized bed! Food was good and fresh! Staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend more garbage cans down by the pool areas and softer beds and more pillows! Definitely would stay here again!

Check in was a complete NIGHTMARE! Even though I paid for the “Rock Royalty” upgrade, our room was not ready (even though we arrived after 3pm), staff tried to upsell me on a rooftop suite, and when I declined the upgrade I was told to return in an hour and wait in line AGAIN! Royal Solaris Los Cabos & Spa - All Inclusive
Bars didn’t open till 10am and the pool closed early. I wasn’t able to book any dinner reservations until after 9pm and was given false promises. We will not be back to this resort. I’m bummed it was our 10 year wedding anniversary and our first time to Mexico.
