The room was fine but the hotel needs some fixing up. The bathroom door wouldn’t open and close due to the tiles being swollen. The AC was so load we couldn’t sleep with it on

Much older hotel… The staff was very non-accommodating… It was always know when you would ask a question and then you have to talk to them through it! The place was OK. It was a nice spot to walk downtown. The bar restaurant was totally dead and I think 35 bucks to park is ridiculous but that’s what hotels do. Icemaker did not work. Had to go to the bar downstairs not a big deal. There was a really bad smell in the sink probably the drain… More than likely would try a different hotel next time.

The hotel was conveniently located at the end of both major boulevards making it easy to walk the town. The staff was very new and learning, yet always maintained a polite and positive demeanor. The hotel does have obvious signs of needed repairs and renovation (ie: broken floor tile chunks scattered on elevator floor that were not removed during our 3 day stay). The room could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly as we travelled with an infant and found medication pills on the floor accessible to the child.

So the Hilton bought it and it's a whole new vibe. No early access to the room before 3:00, otherwise thay charge you $50. Parking is now $35 plus tax. There are no glasses in the room for drinking wine on your porch or to brush your teeth. No complimentary morning coffee stand with fruit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient and walkable to all the restaurants and stores. Parking was free and right at the hotel. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Los Gatos.

Kind helpful staff. Room was beautiful and clean, essentially perfect. Only note was one of the two queen beds was right up against the ac unit so it was a little wind but tolerable with the blankets. 10/10 stay, would love to stay again in the future.

They don’t clean everyday so if you need more coffee or cups or towels you have to ask for them at the desk when someone is available at the desk. Parking is $35 per night. Otherwise the location was nice, and convenient to walk in downtown to the park or restaurants. Beds were comfortable.
