"Beautiful setting! Comfortable rooms. Good restaurant."

"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "The hotel is very nice with large rooms with a balcony. Staff was great and dinner was excellent."

"I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least."

"Ok"

"Great hotel with view and excellent breakfast. Facilities like the pool could not be used as the pool was dirty. There is a sauna that is good. The beds were comfortable howevr shower area needs maintenance and so does some of the woodwork around thewindows.staff were attentive and helpful. Very close by car to the town of Villa Angostura "

"Excellent place to stay. View is amazing "

"Excellent services"

"O café da manhã que foi fraco. Poderiam colocar ovos cozidos e queijo. Somente tinha pães, geleia e manteiga."

"A localização é perfeita, bem próximo à rua mais movimentada da cidade. Perto há ótimos restaurantes e lojas. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem limpos. A equipe cordial e prestativa. O café da manhã, embora seja simples e sem muita variedade, nos satisfez bem. Foi um ótimo custo benefício e com certeza retornaremos. Minha única consideração é que pessoas com problemas de mobilidade podem ter alguma dificuldade, uma vez que o hotel não possui elevadores."
