"This cozy and comfortable hostería is a true gem in the city of Pucón. I had just arrived in town, and was looking for a central place to explore the area. Everything about Lounge Brazil exceeded my expectations, from the location to the accommodations to the warm and helpful staff. Nothing is fancy here, but it’s perfect for an efficient and relaxing stay. The daily breakfast was extensive and delicious! (On that note, do yourself a favor and sample some of their home-made, freshly-baked desserts and pastries – I tried about 5 different options and they were all off-the-charts.) This is old-school hospitality at its best – and I can’t wait to come back!"

"The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host. The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient. When in Pucon, it is definitely the place to go to!"
