"There wasnt a pool even though the website it did have one. The room we were placed in was next to an exit door and they kept slamming the door all night. The "continetal" breakfast wasnt even continental there was only a few bagels french toast (cold) curdled milk yuckkk and a waffle maker no eggs no sausage no bacon juice and coffee where available ..but the only thing that made this bad was that damn door shutting and shaking the whole wall where our headboards were at. Horrible."
"Stayed in a Queen Suite to accommodate three travelers. The room was great. We had plenty of space and appreciated all the kitchen amenities including the coffee pot in the room. The bathroom had a walk-in shower which was also appreciated, as was the big countertop. I checked out the free breakfast which is only till 9am on weekdays. Wish that had been till at least 9:30am since we were on a personal trip, not for business. Breakfast was very basic although there was a fresh waffle machine. Since we were not hungry yet, we decided to skip eating in the hotel in favor of a local restaurant, but I think you could find something in their lineup to hold you over till lunch. But don't expect too much. The hotel was quiet and parking is free. We did not use any other amenity, so I can't help there. Overall 4 stars but I could be convinced of a slightly higher rating if I restrict myself to thinking of hotels in this tier. It was a reasonable cost for the location."
"A motel 6 wrapped in crown molding, the rooms are terrible for the price. It felt like place living on old memories and a cheap wallet for operational upkeep."
"Overall, the hotel seemed to be poorly managed. The room key pad's battery was dead and we were not able to re-access the room after our belongings were inside. The front desk staff member, Matt, was very helpful but was not fully trained on the procedure to unlock the door. Due to his tenacity and dedication to helping, he was able to gain access after much effort. In the morning, breakfast was delay by 20-25 minutes. Considering a large number of guests were staying at the hotel for events in town that had morning start times, timing was very important. The breakfast staff were very kind and provided what they could, but the issue tracked to circumstances beyond their control. The building was also in need of some updating and cosmetic changes. Only 1 of the 2 elevators was operational, there was obvious previous water damage to the walls in our room, and the tile in the shower was falling off/apart. The good - the beds were very comfortable and the rooms and common areas were clean."
