Room phone didn't work. Doors on our room didn't latch properly. Cobwebs in every corner of the room. Doors to get into the building didn't even require us to use our room card to open. Hot tub didn't work when we checked in, which we were fine with, but we stayed here to let our kids have fun in a pool for a couple nights, which also wasn't working. We checked out a day early because of both being shut down which made our weekend a bust for the kids. We reached out to the Comfort Suites GR north where we stayed for any kind of partial compensation for the stay and were denied any. I'd honestly give this place negative stars if it was an option.
Not sure when the last time these rooms have been cleaned. Stale musty smell and this in the corners

Stayed for one night with my kids. They enjoyed the pool. The bed was comfortable. Staff seems nice. Didnt have a problem. Hot tub would of got full stars but it was broken.

7 night stay- no housekeeping. No trash emptied. No fresh towels. Light bulb burned out in the bathroom. Shower curtain 10” too long in tub creating a trip hazard. Light fixture by the bed didn’t work. At no time did staff ask how the stay was, even at checkout.

Love staying there, But, prices are too high for the regular working person and they let rooms go vacent vrs lowering prices for working Americans trying to make a living working out of town

I didnt get any rest. When I arrived I was sent to a room ,and the bed was on a slant, and there was a dent in the middle of the bed My husband, and requested another room. Staff switched the room with no issue. We arrived to the new room. Everything appeared fine. We put our things away and went out to get something to eat. Once we came back to the room that evening there was loud banging from the room to the right of us. This was nonstop. It sounded like a fight. Also the guest right above walked hard pacing the floor all night. Ive never ever experienced such noise in a hotel. The only reason i did not say anything that night is because I was fearful of guest retaliation. I called the hotel across the street to move, but they were at capacity. That morning I thought that I would finally get some rest. Housekeeping was banging around. So the noises never stopped. We began to get dressed to go out for breakfast. I grabbed the blow dryer for my hair. It was full of lipstick as if someone kissed all over it. So that prompted us to start cleaning. My husband and I rarely get a chance to be alone without our children, or really rest alone, and this was a horrifying and sleepless night, after a work day and traveling. We didn't even stay our full stay because of the disruption I have voiced my concerns to staff and the GM. I should be compensated for a horrible stay. Im sure Im not the only one who complained. So I am praying that Comfort Suites will make me whole

The bed was gross, there was a large stain on the mattress which is very unsanitary and cleanliness. Not sure what it was but it was large brown color. Also when we were looking for a hotel we were looking for a pool, hot tub and breakfast. No where did it say the hot tub was under construction and not working. Very is appointed!!! And I booked two rooms. I am not very happy with my stay and also my companies stay for the miss leading advertising on your hotel page. Thank u Coleen

Very clean place, nice area, easy to get to. Hot tub wasn't working on our trip which was a disappointment. Housekeeping staff were very helpful when we had a mess to clean (gotta love kids lol), but didn't see any other staff the rest of our stay (aside from check in). Breakfast was decent, but ran out of a lot of things before 9:00, and no staff were around to refill things. Loved the room and the views, especially in autumn. Would stay here again.

I was at the hotel for three days and did not have my room serviced a single time. I understand every other day, but a resident should see a clean room with fresh towels and bedroom made on the third day.

Area is safe and convenient to highway and some other travel needs like food and gas. We encountered an issue in which we moved the sofa and it was unvacuumed and had a stray sock under there. Although someone came promptly to cleanup, I never felt 100% again. I was barely staying there and visiting my daughter, so I didn't pursue a hotel move. The common areas in the hotel have not been updated and feels dingy. The interior of the room was better, but still some ignorable maintenance neglect. The TV is digital channels and sucks to manage with no channel or shows names. All-in-all, I would not return. When I return to the area I will roll the dice elsewhere.

Lots of parking, right off highway. Always look forward to the hot tub, unfortunately the heater broke so no hottub and freezing pool. Would have really appreciated a heads up that they were down. Staff did not even say anything on check in.

Check-in was extremely easy. The man at the check-in desk was amazing. He was very friendly and kind. The only thing I could say is the carpet need cleaning better but besides that everything else was great.
