Nice downtown location. Convenient access to the Van Andel Arena. Great parking structure for an additional fee. All staff extremely friendly. We had a very spacious room but it felt outdated with items showing a lot of wear and outlets not having USB or C charging stations. A lot of odd and different smells throughout the hotel. The bathroom was dark and not very clean. There was trash in the bathroom when we checked in. Water pressure was low. Overall it was decent place for what we needed.

Room was great, clean and comfortable. Hotel location is excellent, close to everything and the bistro inside is a great option any time of the day. Definitely recommend the BLT. Hotel checkin and checkout were smooth, with very friendly service. The only lowlight of the stay was parking. We left for dinner and when we came back there were no parking spots in the "official" parking place or in the other one in teh undergrowund (difficult to find and with no clear directions). More parking spots is a must - especially when you are paying $29/night.

The pool was freezing and the hot tub was way too hot. There were no towels in the pool area. The sheets were scratchy and stiff. The bathroom lacked hooks to hang towels, etc. The staff were very nice.
