do yourself a favor go anywhere else. there are roaches in the rooms and in the halls. too many people outside smoking or doing drugs most likely. the smell in the Halls is bad and it is dirty. might as well be a drug den

Clean room. Some mold in bathroom. No laundry facility. Some stains on white sheets/towels. Great for the price and excellent /helpful staff. People were friendly.

Hotel staff was amazing. However, this is more of a long term, live in, motel. Photos on Expedia are very deceiving. Permanent residents can be confrontational and make you uncomfortable. Make sure you have a full inventory of any pool supplies/toys, or you will be accused of stealing from the long term residents. If the listing was actually accurate we definitely would NOT have booked here.

The room was so disgusting! It was dirty and nothing is updated! It looked and smelled as if it had not been rented out in a while! There were ant traps on the floor. Dogs barking all night! The beds were rock hard and the pillows were flat! The only reason we stayed and didn’t ask for a refund is there was nothing alive crawling around and we stayed for a sleep only!

Upon arrival, we got there an hour after check-in and we’re told the room had to be checked, which was fine but then we got to the room and noticed it wasn’t the cleanest. Some of the lights did not function and the building has a very different not good smell to it for the price and needing somewhere last minute. It was OK but if you’re going on a family or fun trip I probably wouldn’t recommend the staff however was very nice and the pool was large

I booked this stay for my daughter so she wouldn’t have to drive home an hour and a half after a concert. The staff was horribly rude and warned them that if they caused trouble the cops would be called on them. My daughter thought the staff was joking as this was said the second they started checking in. She ended up not even staying the night because of this interaction. As well as the bugs she found in the room. So because of staff stereotyping a guest they had literally just met I am out the cost of the room. I had actually called staff before she checked in to ask a question and got rudeness as well so I encountered it first hand as well.

Date: 9.12.26 The door to my room would not unlock, after the second time of resetting the electronic key, the desk clerk came to my room and could not get his master key to unlock it. He popped a cover and tried unlocking it with a real key, which took several minutes but finally unlocked, telling me I would have no key to access the room myself and would need to have a desk clerk unlock it for me. I went into the room and looked around. I found a cockroach in the bathroom and one above the door. I put my things back in my car and requested a refund. Others were at the front desk requesting refunds and asked if I also found roaches in my room. I still have not seen a refund returned to my card from Expedia. :(

There were tons of roaches and I couldn't get my room switched or a refund I literally had to go buy bug spray so roaches won't get on me or my kids

The hotel was in desperate need of remodeling/repairs AND cleaning. Sink, tub, and toilet were all cracked/broken and in need of repairs. The corners of floors were gunked up and in need of cleaning. There were BUGS everywhere! No ice machines or drinking fountains in the hotel. One single vending machine with beverages only.

The reviews on this motel were not accurate. I checked in, went to my room and left. I drove away and went to another hotel that night. There was no way I could sleep here. I was sure my car would be gone in the morning.
