"Our room was in the carriage house. The room itself was very nice, looked down to a side street below. Street noise subsided after about 9 o'clock at night. Next time I will book a room on the backside of the building, away from the street. "

"New property. Plenty of parking. Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. No lobby restrooms or ice machines on the property. For a new property, I wish the walls would have been more insulated for sound. Could hear noise from other rooms easily. "

"We selected the Country Inn & Suites Jonesborough as our hub throughout our 12 day stay which was due to the loss of a family member. Room was clean, breakfast was good, coffee in lobby was appreciated, lovely sitting area for guests in lobby, pool is spacious and clean (there were even some kids inflatable pool items to use), overall wonderful. All of the staff we encountered over our stay were incredible. Aiden was a joy to communicate with and provided fantastic service for every inquiry....

"I love DoubleTree. They typically have coffee available and wonderful chocolate chip cookies, plus they provide bottles of water. I like that they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The staff is always helpful. "

"Great access to the ski slopes. They had just finished remodeling some of the house so there was a dumpster outside for our stay, didn’t really affect our stay, just a minor inconvenience and not nice to look at while sitting outside the front of the property. Coms was great and the house was fantastic!! Gorgeous views from the balcony and hot tub. We will definitely return!"

"Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...

"The floor was so sticky. There were cigarette burns in all of the sheets. No towels were provided. Hardly any toilet paper. You had to turn the sink off and on from the shut off valve under the sink. Half of the curtain was nailed to the wall. Air conditioner heater only blew air and did not change temperature whatsoever. When I mentioned to the front desk above the heater in the morning, he said oh well you could’ve come and asked me for a space heater. Also, he tried charging me $55 and I had...
