"The staff, especially the manager, were extremely polite, welcoming, and friendly throughout my stay. They were always happy to help and made me feel valued as a guest. However, the room was very hot because the air conditioning was not working properly, which made it difficult to get comfortable, particularly at night. If the air conditioning issue is resolved, the overall experience would be much better."

"Positives - it is well positioned for the train station, the whole hotel was very clean. There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome on a hot and humid day. Could do better - there were stains on the carpet. The shower wasn’t very powerful and the window allowed some outside noise to come in from outside. There were some works being carried out on the outside of the hotel. However I still slept well and I will return to this hotel"
