"Excellent reception staff so very helpful. Good breakfast weekend but Monday served hot breakfast was almost cold and too long to wait to be served. However one day out of all the visits we have made to pp will not deter us from coming again."

"We upgraded our room and found it very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location and the city centre is walkable so we were able to leave our car in the hotel car park. Breakfast was also very good. It is an old building and there are areas in need of tlc, such as old sash windows and creaky floors, but overall it was good value for money and we would visit again."

"Stay here regularly to visit family only downside is the restaurant/food. Very mediocre and not always as described on the menu, ordered a selection of fresh bread with oils received 3 pieces of deep fried bread and a pot of olive oil…. Sent back. Simple menu but seldom done well … Staff are really good and always very clean and welcoming."

"Hotel was lovely and clean, bright and airy. Good location for QMC, the reason for our stay. Breakfast was lovely however it was a bit of a busy bun fight and dimly lit. The food area was too small for the Sunday morning breakfast fest. Great stay otherwise."
