"We had a room with a large balcony on Bourbon St. It is a bit noisy until about about 3 AM, but the heavy duty room curtains actually helped to block some of the noise and lights out. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. There was a slight mix up with our reservation when we checked in. Otherwise, our stay was very nice. We had a few friends come over and sit out on the balcony and people watch. The jazz club downstairs was playing great music. Very fun!"

"We have stayed here three times and love it! The location in the French Quarter is walking distance to all attractions. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A heads up for first timers—this is a historic hotel—so everything may not be up to 5 star resort standards. As I said before— we love it and will come back!"
