"This looked nothing like the picture's AC didn’t work. Bathroom door knob was broken mold in the shower. Blankets had burn holes and black stains and blankets had rips. Main door had gaps that you could see outside through them. We had cots with us so we slept on them and not the beds. Wasn’t able to find another place to stay so late. It was HORRIBLE!"

"Great intentions ND keeping up with the property"

"I was in room 133 for just an overnight stay. I just had to have a place to stage overnight so I could pick up a relative coming in to MSY the next morning. Good thing I'm not that picky as I am a retired over the road truck driver and used to making do in the sleeper of a semi most nights of my career. But the room wasn't exactly impressive. Most of the lights didn't work because a wall outlet where one of the lamps plugs in was dead. Had hot water in the bathroom sink but not in the shower....
