Room hot. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Maintenance called. They had to pull filter. It was black with filth. Very dangerous health hazard. Did not replace filter. Had to sleep without filter in air conditioner. Also dangerous health hazard.

The room was outdated, smelled slightly and gave us an unclean feeling. The room was cleaned but it was very worn. When we booked our room, we booked double beds but somehow our booking was taken/ sold before our arrival. The one staff on duty gave us a King sized bed and a roll out bed in comparison ...

Derby City Gaming & Hotel - A Churchill Downs Property
My only complaint is there is no room service, and there is no food available past 11:00pm. The bar in the casino stays open until 3am, however, there is no room service. They should offer food and beverage service to the rooms, and there should be food available 24/7 because it’s a casino hotel. ...
