"When we checked in Friday, that was the only time the pool had towels. This definitely needs to be better maintained. The elevators need to be inspected - flicker lights constantly in one, and we got stuck in the other one for 30 seconds at one point.
We did not request a handicap suite, but got one, which is fine. The room was clean and spacious. When we needed extra towels, they were brought up within 5 minutes. The breakfast spread was good, nice variety.

"The lobby looks great on the picture, but the layout of the hotel is NUTS! Needs some serious updating. The pool was (still) out of commission. Breakfast is not included.
When we arrived, having been assured by Expedia that we had 2 King sized rooms reserved, we found that there were ZERO king sized rooms available, and that 3rd party places like Expedia have "no way of actually 'reserving' specific rooms". They tried to put us into a double! Eventually they agreed to 2 separate doubles, but...
