The rooms were spotless. There were more options for breakfast than I have ever seen! Even though it was busy, the staff was very attentive and we really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that the hallway outside our room never got vacuumed .. the same candy wrappers were there the entire stay.

We loved the privacy. Being on the top floor was perfect. And we were tucked away in a wing of the resort that didn't have a lot of people traffic. We would definitely stay here again! The only problem we had was the check in instructions were not complete. We were not given the right information to give to the front desk so they would know what unit we were staying in. They figured it out, but the host should talk with the resort staff so they know what information to provide for check-in.

There was a complete communications breakdown there was a language barrier with housekeeping regarding exits to the stairwells the staff did not speak English, which created an issue at the elevator myself and others waited almost 10 minutes for an elevator after the staff was unable to tell us where the stairwells were, they could only point with their fingers no verbiage this is unacceptable as people are traveling with time constraints please consider addressing this issue to avoid future inconveniences

I was told my card didn't go through the first time at check in, so she ran it again, and I was charged twice. When I asked the front desk, I was told it would fall off over night. When I called this morning, I was told it will be 3 to 5 days and rushed off the phone as if it was my fault. So as of now, they are holding $360 for a one night stay... I don't think I've ever had a worse experience.

We Highly recommend this hotel.

This was an awesome 2 night stay, but the only problem that we had was the outlet to charge our phones was not working. This is probably the only time that we have forgotten a charger box on a trip!! We would highly recommend this hotel for their soft comfy bed, delicious breakfast with lots of options, quiet area around rooms, and good price for purpose.

Room was awesome! Bed was sooo comfortably! I am handicap and all my accessible requests were met. Grab bars, tub bench, pool hoist. Only thing was the pool water was ice cold, so i didnt get in. Sucks cause i wanted to try out getting in a pool in my condition. Wonderful tasty breakfast!!! Lots of options!
