"Once I walked in to the registration area, I knew this could be a bad decision! I offered the person at the counter the conformation from you (Expedia) she replied; I don't need that we aren't connected to them! I can tell you what i got.... "There was loud music by my room so I ask to go to another room got to that room it had not been cleaned so I went back to the office and ask for a refund and the manager was very nasty to me how I have to wait 10 days for my refund I was also told that the pool was not open it had not been open for years I would never recommend the hotel to my worst enemy it’s nothing like the website shows I will never go there again I would sleep in my car ."
