"Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning."

Slow drain and small shower cubicle wirh no curtain: flooding on floor everytime we showered . Dont stay in room 128. "The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing. The apartment was great and clean. Only thing was the a/c had an odor when we turned it on. However we didn’t need it much because our unit stayed cool."

Bella Vita Style rooms & apartments

"Good communication with host, well stocked kitchen with amenities. Amazing balcony and a great location."

Hotel Neos Matala

8/10 Good

"Room was small but workable. Nice balcony to relax on not much of a view . Shower is very small a thin person would barely fit but the water was hot. Came with a small.fridge freezer and worked great once plugged in. A/C was available but they removed the remote thinking I would not need it so room was stuffy and opening the bacony door helped a bit until the mosquitoes made their way in so that was annoying. Breakfast was very good no complaints. About a 10 minute walk into town so not a big deal and flat. I would suggest checking that the A/C remote is in your room before front desk closes. I would have rated the place higher if not for this. Again simple clean small room but served the purpose. Bed was a bit on the hard side."
