Great location and value for money
Stayed for 6 nights in August. Hotel is good if a little basic (no kettle in the room!), however, it is in a fantastic location and offered amazing value for money at @£30 per night.

Hôtel accueil mais chambres très anciennes
Extérieur et hall très accueillant et moderne.
Cependant les couloirs menant aux chambres sont d’une décoration très ancienne
Les chambres sont très petites et très anciennes. Quelques araignées, poignées de placards cassées et toilettes sentant fort l’urine dans les deux chambres. Cependant le lit est confortable.

approximit géographique du sanctuaire
Un personnel très accueillant, à l'écoute de ses clients, une chambre très propre.

O Hotel Arcades fica à menos de 800m do Santuário de Lourdes. Tudo muito organizado, atendimento condial, café da manhã excelente, ou seja, tudo perfeito.

J'ai fait le choix de l'hôtel par rapport à sa situation et a un tarif très intéressant, donc pas d'attentes particulières.
Mais l'hôtel est triste et vieillot en particulier la salle de bain.

Albergo ben posizionato con i luoghi di interesse.
L'albergo si trova in una posizione centrale e comoda per raggiungere il Santuario ed il centro città. Ha un parcheggio pubblico a breve distanza.

Rangement très restreint Chambre très petite
Personnel très sympa rien à dire
Mais la chambre est très petite très peu de place pour ranger ses affaires
La température de l'eau qui change durant la douche soit trop chaud ou trop froid

Hôtel bien situé
L hôtel est à environ 5 min des sanctuaires donc idéal pour un pèlerinage. La literie de ma chambre était parfaite, la moquette est vieille et sombre, la salle de bains est vétuste, l émail de la douche et des WC est fendu, la température de l eau de la douche est difficile à régler.

Bien mais les photos sont un peu trompeuses
Sur les photos la chambre et la salle de bain avaient l'air plus grandes.
Le réglage de la température de l'eau de douche était un peu pénible, passant du chaud au froid sans arrêt.
L'accueil à mon arrivée et mon départ était un peu froid, pas non plus désagréable mais pas non plus conviviale.

Billigt og godt hotel med små værelser
Hotellet var velbeliggende med god service, gode fællesrum og glimrende restaurant men værelserne meget små og badeværelset mikroskopisk.

El Hotel no es 3 estrellas esta mal clasificado....le falta aire acondicionado o ventiladores en las piezas...es verano y hace calor.-las alfombras de la habitación dejan mucho que desear en su limpieza.- Muy buena ubicación.-
