"There aren’t any outlets in the bathroom for hair styling tools. My suggestion would be to put a mirror close to the outlets that are in the room."

"Kamar hotel pas untuk keluarga dengan 2 anak krn ada kasur di tingkap atas, sayangnya tidak dilengkapi fasilitas buat teh/kopi"

"Near the main activities"

"Hotel bagus, bersih dekat sekali dengan tempat ziarah dan toko souvenir. Resepsionist 24jam. Ada lift khusus untuk jalan menuju sanktuari."

"Shower hot water was not working at 7am"

"The hotel is situated in a good area with amenities were at walking distances, and the Sanctuary was not far either. Our stay there was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. It would be more enjoyable for us if we had at least a kettle in the room for tea which unfortunately no room was equipped with. But overall this did not spoil our stay there as we enjoyed it and might be back in the near future."

"We got a really nice and clean room. Elizabeth is really nice and accommodating. Just can't stay outside past 12 midnight. Check-in is strictly enforced at 3pm but you may leave your stuff in one of the rooms and you could roam around the area and come back later. A typical apartment-like accommodation. No elevator. Walking distance to the church, Notre Dame de Lourdes. Very convenient. Very secured apartment. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Breakfast is very simple, coffee or tea,...

"The shower, no curtains."

"Yes"

"I liked we could just park our rent car and walk to everything!!"

"I guess you pay for what you get. I should noy expect much from a 2 star property. The bathtub was/is a horrible sight."

"Hôtel très agréable. Idéalement placé. Le personnel est très accueillant."
