"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and very clean. They let us store our luggage there for two days prior to checking in as we took the Bernina express train to St. Moritz and didn’t want to take all luggage. Will definitely stay there if ever in Tirano"

"It is an actual apartment with fully functional kitchen. Spacious room and washroom. Everything is latest and very technologically sophisticated with keyless entry and all electronics control for AC , cooking and coffee machine. Iron was available in room which was a bonus"

"I throughly recommend this excellent hotel. It is modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. Lots of parking. Check in was excellent. My plane had been delayed by 12 hours meaning I didn’t arrive until 3am. The excellent reception colleague helped my taxi driver find the hotel over the telephone and was there to perform a seamless check in. The room was easy and the bed was very comfortable. A fan was provided. The shower and bathroom were fantastic. The spacious balcony provided magnificent views. All restaurant staff were brilliant, every single one polite attentive and helpful. The food selection was varied and delicious. Whilst every member of staff was great, the hotel manager was exceptional, being visible, greeting guests at breakfast and dinner. Without being asked, the manager proactively intervened to help me sort out a transport difficulty going above and beyond expectations to make sure I got where I needed to go. Thank you so much for making my stay a fabulous and memorable experience. Highly recommend this excellent hotel."

"Un très belle endvroit au centre de Bormio . Déjeuner excellent . Et leur table du restaurant pour dîner , une des meilleurs de Bormio . Nous recommandons . Facile d’accès et marche au centre en 5 min . Stationnement ."
