"My wife and I have stayed in this hotel for 6 times in the last two years whenever we come to Hong Kong. The hotel is located at a quiet area but only 2 minutes walk to the bus and tram stops, staffs are excellent, very helpful. The front desk representatives are very polite and cheerful. The managers Mr. Cheng and Billy are wonderful executives. "The hotel is convinently located within walking distance to MTR station, bus and tram stop. A11 airport bus stop in front from the airport and within walking distance to the stop heading to the airport. It appears that the rooms of this hotel vary in their decor, so the experience of your stay depends on the room given. In my case, the room is clean and tidy, kind of no frills, but it's pretty spacious by HK standard. The common areas including the lobby, the lifts and corridors look quite dim and in need of an update. The room looks better than the common areas though. I'm kind of happy enough, but thought it's more of a 3 star hotel instead of 4."
