"Room was nice, however sofa bed was not made and I had to go to retrieve sheets from the front desk to make it myself. Usually not a big deal, I had already been down to the lobby to unload the car so making another trip after a long day was irritating. Coffee was decaf in the room and one of the coffee machines in the lobby didn’t work making it a long wait to get coffee in the morning. "

"Don’t book here. It was so dirty, We checked out after one night. We could not stay there. Air conditioner was broken, bathroom was filthy, toilet did not flush. Didn’t date take our shoes off. "

"Fantastic location, close to Waynesboro’s restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the property was beautiful. The check in and out process was simple. The staff were very responsive and informative about my trip. I would definitely recommend and will most likely stay there again for another hiking trip. "

"Nice place and should have been fun stay…except… heat did not work throughout the house and unit in our room was set on air-conditioning. Only “help” received was that there was a space heater in a closet. No excuse !! These “non staff” properties seldom work, in my opinion. No excuse for no heat !!"

"Overall my stay was pretty decent. I was really close to my job, I had easy access to the highway, and there was a decent amount of food places and gas stations nearby. Parking was great. My room was pretty clean, though, there were some ear plugs left under my bed from a previous tenant. Unfortunately, I had a few issues. I was not aware of the refundable fee I was supposed to pay at check in. I was supposed to receive a refund after checking out, I still have not received it more than 12 hours later. Also, my refrigerator stopped working the 2nd day of my 8 night stay. I informed them on day 5 (because of my work schedule and office schedule) and the situation was not fixed prior to my checking out. I was given the option to switch room IF one was available, I wasn’t offered a refund for food lost, and I was told I should’ve told them sooner but again, due to my work schedule and their office schedule it was hard to do. They said the didn’t want to bother me while sleeping during the day to replace the appliance, however, they were able to troubleshoot the refrigerator while I was at work. I was told, “Of the 5 years of us being open, we never had a refrigerator break.” But there was no resolution. "

"The property was exactly as promised!! The location on Route 151 is ideal for finding hikes, breweries and wineries. Easy to check into and love the common room with access to water, ice and coffee. This is our second time staying there and it won’t be our last! "
