"Plenty of free parking. Check in easy. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Fresh eggs cooked there other breakfast buffet foods, piping hot coffee. Quiet area."

"I take back my last review, there was a misunderstanding between both parties and things were talked out and worked out. It's an amazing little hotel, the room we stay in is very nice and clean, always clean fresh towels and bath rags every day for us, full size fridge and microwave in rooms, there is wifi I finally found out and they have satelite tv which is nice to have options to watch, it's close to shopping needs as if walking or driving distance, staff is very nice, and helpful, and will work with u, like I said only real complaint and it's small is beds could use and update with nice bedding and pillows but I bring my own pillows so easy fix on the pillows just bring your own if u like a certain way for comfort."

"With all the great reviews, I was expecting it to be immaculate and well maintained. That was not my experience. It was very comfortable and relatively clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Full disclosure, my opinion could be slightly skewed because, for some reason, I thought the place was much closer to Effingham - but it was 45 minutes away adding an extra hour and a half to my trip. But that is NOT the hotel’s fault - I just didn’t check all the details closely enough on Expedia. But still, it was a solid 4."

"So the room was clean & maintained. The bed was comfy too. But the availability of the front desk was very sketchy! Nic lady but I asked for towels for our second day, talked right to her! We never got them. Then no housekeeper at all, we needed a garbage bag and more coffee . Left a message that we were leaving the key at 845, We didn’t hear from her until 1:45 , we were already home!! Prolly will stay in Arcola next time!!"
