The hotel is in a great location—just a short drive or leisurely walk from the centre of Port Douglas, making it easy to explore the local cafes, shops, and the beach. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay. "

"Great Location. Friendly staff. Stayed in the Ground Floor Room with walk out to pool which was great. Spa was great. Room was small. Nowhere to put suitcases. Bathroom old and needs renovation. Shutters were in need of repair. Definitely needs renovation so a bit expensive for quality. "

"Gary and Jo were super helpful with dinner ideas and things to do in the area, both really nice people. Room was clean, well stocked, a nice size and the location was walkable to shops and restaurants as well as the beach and pier. Parking was available and convenient and our place was super private and quiet. Highly recommend! "

"Accommodation was fine. I was unaware that there wasn't a lift and there was no wifi for a week. Very hard to get work done when there is no wifi. Communication on the wifi issue stopped after my second night, which is disappointing. "
